My beloved once told me how our world has gotten out of step with the truth that matters most: we need each other. It's considered a crime to say "you complete me," even in the arena of love. But we all do complete each other, and honoring our ability to raise each other up is one of the greatest tools we have to undo the psychic damage woven into our culture.
So I made this music in a time when her love helped me rise up, and I made it specifically to bring a special happiness—the happiness I've learned in the exploration of art and life—into the hearts of others.

But really it's just kind of a bunch of funky beats.
